Round And Round (3:50) Alternate version. This is the original version of the song before it was remixed for release by Junior Vasquez.
Melody Cool [#2] (4:16) Alternate version. Contains some extra lyrics and is longer than the released version.

New Power Generation [#2] (5:59) Alternate version. This is the complete version of the song that joins together "Pt I" and "Pt II."
Love Machine [#3] (0:39) Alternate version. This is Morris Day and Jerome Benton recording part of the song to Elisa Fiorillo's pre-recorded vocals.
The Question Of U [#1] (2:06) Alternate version. This is an orchestrated instrumental version that was probably intended for use in the Graffiti Bridge film.
The Question Of U [#2] (1:56) Alternate version. This is another orchestrated instrumental version.
We Can Funk [#5] (10:25) Alternate version. Much longer and rawer than the released version.
Soul Psychodelicide [#1] (11:01) Unreleased. Prince and George Clinton collaborated on this song. This version incoporates snippets of "Graffiti Bridge," "Elephants & Flowers," and "We Can Funk."
Soul Psychodelicide [#2] (8:20) Unreleased. This version is a bit sparser, with many musical differences.
Soul Psychodelicide [#3] (8:33) Unreleased. This version begins with an a capella portion sung by Kim Basinger. This has more instrumental parts than the others.
Soul Psychodelicide [#4] (5:52) Unreleased. This is the most polished version, with very different music and vocals from the others.

1990
Much of this material was recorded for the Diamonds And Pearls album, along with tracks recorded for other artists. Also included in this category are outtakes from George Clinton's second Paisley Park album, Hey Man...Smell My Finger. Prince possibly worked on some of the tracks, but this is not confirmed.

Glam Slam '91 [#1] (5:21) Unreleased. Many of the lyrics were later used in "Gett Off."
Glam Slam '91 [#2] (5:16) Unreleased. This version was played on Minneapolis radio station WLOL on January 6, 1991. Contains a number of differences from version #1.
Do Anything (3:49) Alternate version. This song was played on Minneapolis radio station WLOL in January 1991. It's by the group Natural Selection, with Ingrid Chavez on some vocals. The song was later released on Natural Selection's debut album, without Ingrid's vocals. It's long been rumored that Prince was involved with this song, but it's unlikely.
Uh-Huh! (6:21) Unreleased. Prince recorded this song based on the popular Diet Pepsi commercial jingle, and apparently offered it to Ray Charles.
Power From Above [#1] (4:31) Unreleased. Intended as the original opening track to Carmen Electra's debut album. The chorus is borrowed from the unreleased "We Got The Power." Prince and Patti LaBelle on some vocals. original album tracklist

Gangster Glam (Gangster Groove Mix) (11:47) Alternate version. Unreleased remix. Remixes were made of the track "Gangster Glam" from the "Gett Off" 12" maxi-single. Steve "Silk" Hurley was involved in some of these mixes. All feature some different vocals and music.

The Rest Of My Life (1:38) Alternate version. Prince recorded this and other tracks for inclusion in the James L. Brooks film I'll Do Anything. When the movie was released in 1994, Prince's songs had been cut. This was later released on The Vault...Old Friends 4 Sale in 1999. This is missing the horns of the released version.

Thieves In The Temple Intro (1:48) Unreleased. This instrumental often preceded "Thieves In The Temple" during concerts. This recording is from the June 24, 1992 Diamonds And Pearls tour show in London.
My Name Is Bart (4:56) Unreleased. This song was intended for release in 1993 on an album featuring TV's The Simpsons titled The Yellow Album. The album was eventually released in 1999, and Prince had chosen to withdraw the track. Nancy Cartwright as Bart Simpson sings different lyrics to the music of "My Name Is Prince."

Hit U In The Socket (3:53) Alternate version. Very different from the remixed version of the song released through the NPG Music Club in 2001. This and the next ten songs were intended for release by Rosie Gaines as the album Concrete Jungle on Paisley Park Records in 1994, but the album was cancelled when the label was terminated. The album evolved into Closer Than Close, which was released by Motown in 1995.
